Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Where is my refund?

To make sure our customer are completely satisfied and confidence in purchasing with us, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the product to us within 3 days (72hrs) of delivery, providing your purchased product is :
- Item(s) is not discount / promotion / custom made product.
- Item(s) must be undamaged. Watches must be unworn, straps must not be changed.

Any watch received with damage, wear, or any signs of use is not eligible for return or exchange. And the customer is responsible for the return shipping.

​Upon receiving the returned product and verification if the product is in the original condition, We will process the return within 3 working days (72hrs) and there is a 7% cancellation fee and $50 for the shipping costs incurred by us. Funds will only be released once item is received and inspected.

Please take note that if you would like to make a refund before order is processed (shipped), there will be a 7% cancellation fee imposed as well.

For product that is shipped and tracking code is ready, a cancellation fee of 7% + USD 50 charges for postage fee wastage will apply. 

Customers that are unwilling to bear the fees are strongly advised to think twice before buying. Should customers resort to rejection of acceptance for parcel sent, the 2-way return fee imposed by DHL/Fedex will be charged onto customer's account which is in the range of USD 114-128. 

​Customers are advised to use worldwide carrier with insurance to refrain from cases whereby items are damaged or lost by logistic provider.

Ordering and delivery

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@wrwatches.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via info@wrwatches.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.

If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Please take note that if you would like to make a refund before order is processed (shipped), there will be a 7% cancellation fee imposed as well.

Can I alter my order?

Please drop an email to info@wrwatches.com with your order number as soon as possible, should there be any adjustments to the order.

Upon procesing, we will not be able to amend the order. 

When will my order arrive?

For express shipments, please expect a 7-15 business days deliver time and 25~40 business days for registered mail shipments.

Our shop will not be held responsible/reliable for lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided or delayed shipments (Due to any reason such as Christmas overload etc.). 

​Please note that any import taxes or others (VAT etc.) might be charged depending on your country and they are not included into the price and it is on customers' responsibility (feel free to contact us for any questions).​

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most regions worldwide. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost via Registered Mail is FREE worldwide, and for Express Mail from USD 20, depending on region. 

The shipping fee for express mail is subsidized by our store.

There are certain countries that are currently excluded from Registered Mail shipping due to COVID-19. As such, only Express Shipping is available to affected countries. 

 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.
